2026 Member Task Force OpportunitiesAs part of our educational mission and under the auspices of the HRA Council Collaboration and Education Committee, please indicate your interest in helping shape the following best practices for ICHRA practitioners.You are welcome to choose more than one cohort, and you are welcome to invite colleagues to join as well.The first meetings will begin later in April. |
1) ICHRA Certifications for BrokersWhich HRACademy courses (live or in development) should form the official ICHRA certification for agents and brokers? How often should this be renewed? This is open to all members. If you are a licensed broker and are willing to serve as a co-chair if needed, please note that here. 2) Carrier HandbookWhat should a carrier do to become (a) ICHRA-friendly, and (b) ICHRA-forward, with the progress being towards ICHRA "forward" carriers. Which practices should they adopt? Do's and don'ts? This is open to all members. If you are a carrier and are willing to serve as a co-chair if needed, please note that here. | 3) TPA HandbookBest practices for Administrators: As the connective tissue between supply (carriers) and demand (brokers), everyone has thoughts about TPA best practices! What do carriers and brokers wish TPAs would improve, stop, start, etc.? This is open to all members. If you are an Administrator and are willing to serve as a co-chair if needed, please note that here. 4) Exchange Best PracticesWhich employers are best served off-exchange? Which employers and employees can have a good experience on-exchange? This is open to all members. Co-chair recruitment is underway and will represent multiple cohort functions within the Council (enrollment, admin, and more).
