Welcome to HRACademy

An educational program of the HRA Council helping health insurance Brokers and Agents build practical knowledge and confidence in advising on ICHRA.

HRACademy is the HRA Council’s official Continuing Education (CE) program—built by and for health insurance professionals navigating the evolving world of Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs). Whether you’re new to defined contribution or ready to deepen your practice, these CE-eligible courses are designed to equip you with practical, up-to-date knowledge you can use immediately.



How to Learn with the HRA Council

Courses are offered both virtually and in-person throughout the year and available to organizations and independent Brokers.

Individual Brokers and Agents can view upcoming live and in-person courses and enroll for one to three ICHRA-focused CE hours on our training calendar.

HRACademy also offers bulk training packages for FMOs, IMOs, agencies, TPAs, carriers, and other organizations supporting large broker or advisor networks.

Here's how it works:

  • All of our CE courses can be purchased in bulk blocks at a flat per-person rate and scheduled for delivery as soon as four to six weeks.

  • Courses are delivered via live webinars or can be scheduled in-person at training events, conferences, and other venues.

  • HRA Council handles certificates, compliance, and reporting of CE hours to state agencies for course participants.

  • Your team may also train and credential internal speakers through the Council for ongoing delivery of our course materials.

All courses are developed and delivered by the HRA Council — a 501(c)(6) nonprofit professional association of brokers, carriers, TPAs, enrollment platforms, legal experts, and compliance professionals working in defined contribution health coverage. This vibrant collaboration allows us to create high-quality CE designed with front-line practitioner input.
