HRACademy: Member Involvement & Opportunities


HRACademy is the HRA Council’s flagship educational initiative to support brokers, advisors, and professionals in navigating the evolving ICHRA landscape through CE-accredited training.

If you’re a current HRA Council Member, there are several unique ways you can contribute to and benefit from the HRACademy program—whether you’re interested in shaping curriculum, delivering training, expanding your brand’s visibility, or bringing these courses to your network.

    🔧 Ways Members Can Get Involved

    🧠 Contribute to Content Development

    Join our Curriculum Working Group, a sub-committee of the Collaboration & Education Committee to help guide course content and delivery.

    • Help shape how brokers learn about ICHRA in today’s marketplace.

    • Participate in monthly working sessions.

    • Suggest new topics or share industry trends we should cover.

    Working group meetings are coordinated month by month with asynchronous collaboration between meetings. Collaboration & Education Committee meets the first Thursday of every month at 10:30 AM CT.

    🎓 Become an Instructor

    Interested in delivering CE? Members may apply to become credentialed instructors for HRACademy courses.

    • Commit to hosting or co-teaching a CE course approximately once per quarter.

    • Complete a brief training and speaker agreement (2-year term).

    • Great for those with public speaking experience, education backgrounds, or a passion for peer learning.

    🏢 Offer Bulk Training to Your Network

    Agencies, FMOs, carriers, TPAs, and platforms can purchase bulk access to CE courses and offer them to their brokers, partners, or staff.

    • Flexible delivery: via webinar or in-person events.

    • Available in custom bundles for any combination of our 10 total CE-eligible course offerings.

    • Option to credential internal instructors under Council guidance.
