The 2026 HRA Council Foresight Forum brings together the leaders shaping the next decade of ICHRA adoption.

This small-format, senior-level gathering is designed for brokers, consultants, GAs, carriers, and platforms who want to actively influence where defined contribution goes next—rather than react to it.

Over two and a half days, attendees will engage in candid conversations, future-focused working sessions, and deep dives into what’s really driving employer movement, regulatory momentum, and distribution innovation.

This is where the ICHRA ecosystem comes together to compare notes, align on opportunities, and accelerate what comes next. Session times and specific topics subject to change.

The HRA Council includes health insurance leaders, brokers, administrators, insurers, support organizations, and employers offering defined contribution health coverage. As a non-partisan group of advocates, we work with stakeholders and policymakers to identify barriers, reduce process friction and administrative burdens, promote best practices, strengthen the health insurance landscape, and increase consumer access, affordability and choice.
