As part of its mission and service to members, the nonpartisan HRA Council frequently responds to federal and state policy and regulatory actions and requests for comment.

Recently, the Ranking Member of the United States Senate Committee on Finance (our committee of jurisdiction in the Senate) published a Request for Information (RFI) pursuant to health insurance, including coverage options for employees and their families.

Since our founding in 2021, we have submitted letters to HHS/CMS, Treasury and Labor, and to both the majority and ranking leadership of the U.S. House and Senate. QSEHRA and ICHRA/CHOICE as currently configured and practiced are excellent bipartisan public policy frameworks and we appreciate the interest of all parties in advancing employee health insurance and benefits.
